Your Penis Enlargement Exercise Regime

The Kegel

That muscle used for stopping is the PC muscle, if you find that your buttocks clench when contracting the muscle, you are controlling the incorrect muscle. The Kegel exercise involves the contracting and releasing this muscle many multiples of times each day. The Kegel can also be applied during sex to delay the orgasm, and thus build the orgasm

The Horizontal and The Needle

First apply a water based lubricant liberally to the head and shaft of your penis along with your hands.

Bring yourself to a semi erect state.

Apply a ring shape with your thumb and forefinger firmly around the penis base like a clamp.  Hold this. Now with your other hand form a similar clamp at the penis head. Now slide the ‘penis head hand’ slowly downwards maintaining a firmness, once all the way down then come right back up with the same firm sliding action. Repeat. The Needle can also be applied in much the same way. On this occasion, it is the enlargement of the penis ‘head’ which is the target of the exercise. Instead of placing the second hand at the tip of the penis start at about three quarters way up the shaft, slide the hand down replacing the hands in the same way you have done with The Horizontal, and repeat.

The Balloon

Think of this activity like blowing up a balloon. You put in that little more each puff before there is an eventual explosion. The explosion in this case will be a more intense orgasm that also promotes a thicker and lengthier penis. This exercise can be incorporated into sex or into masturbation.

Take your penis to a full erect state.

Masturbate, stimulate the full sexual organs including the scrotum and the ‘nanus’ (male G-Spot between the penis shaft and the anus) thereby getting blood flow to an optimum in the region.

Bring yourself just to the brink of cuming.

Hold back on cuming either by contracting your PC muscle, or by stopping stimulation.
